What can Roo help me with?
Roo can explain general insurance terms and help you prepare questions for a licensed professional. She cannot issue quotes, make eligibility decisions, purchase coverage or change a policy.
Can I get a live quote here?
A licensed local agent sends real quotes. Roo can help you understand a renewal in plain English and prepare questions. Coveroo does not show live insurer prices or bind a policy. The sample Roo report on the home page is an example.
Is Roo a licensed insurance agent?
Roo is an AI character and educational guide. A licensed professional can help interpret your circumstances and actual policy documents.
Where are my saved items kept?
Guest guides, replies, policy notes and reminders stay in this browser. When you sign in, your separate private account Pouch syncs across devices. You can download or clear the current workspace in Settings.
Will my reminders send a notification?
Reminders are a checklist. They do not send emails, push notifications or calendar alerts.
Can Roo talk and move?
Roo is designed to be an interactive character. Microphone conversations, facial animation and lip sync are not connected in this experience. Optional browser text-to-speech can read connected text replies aloud.
